I have a newborn, is your photographer immunised?

Your baby’s health and safety is our number one priority, our photographer is always kept up to date with all vaccinations and boosters, including whooping cough. Booked sessions will be postponed if our photographer in unwell to ensure nothing is passed on to your baby. .

Do you provide printed photos of my photography sessions?

No, all your photos are provided to you are digital. We recommend Fitzgerald Photo Lab in North Perth for all professional photography printing services for high quality and long lasting prints.

How are my photos received and how long will it take?

You will receive your photos by email through ‘WeTransfer’. You will receive two folders, one of web-sized JPEGs and one of high resolution JPEGs. Your photos will not take more than one week to arrive to you including editing. After receiving your photos and if you wish to have advance touch ups completed on your photos, the photographer will then be notified of which ones and will be sent back to you via ‘WeTransfer’ within a week.

Can I bring my own props and clothing to the photoshoot?

Of course, anything you would like to have included in the session please bring along on the day.

Will there be any additional or hidden costs on the day?

There will be no additional or hidden costs on the day of your session.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Can I purchase a Photography Package as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher for any amount.

What If my baby is unwell, can I re-schedule?

Yes of course, 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule at no extra cost or additional deposit.

Do you have pram/wheelchair access?

Yes, there is a lift on premises for access to the first floor where Beautiful Beginnings is located. In the event of the lift being under repair or maintenance you will be notified as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be made.

What about parking on the day?

Parking is street parking located on Reid Promenade and is at no charge on weekends.

Can I purchase additional photoshoot time?

Yes, you can add addtional photoshoot time by adding on another package of your choice following your first booked photoshoot.

Is there a deposit to pay for the photoshoot?

Yes, to secure your photography session a $50 deposit must be made in advance. You will be sent a email shortly after booking with details for the deposit and any additional information for your session.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 Hour notice must be given in advance from the time of your photoshoot session. If 24 hours a minimum is not given your deposit will be forfeited.
